Due to the nature of our products, opened or used pouches are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns only if:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, or
The order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Opened or used products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following in your email:
Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us
Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
